Chair Yoga with Standing Poses-This class is ideal for seniors, beginners as well as experienced students. Breath work, postures, relaxation and meditation will be explored. The class will incorporate seated and standing postures and variations will be offered. Feel free to bring your own mat. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Evening Zumba -Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba ® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to- follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people. Zumba incorporates several dance styles, including Cumbia, Merengue, salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco and calypso and Salsaton. The Latin music includes both fast and slow rhythms, allowing for a great cardio workout as well as body sculpting exercises.

Kinect Fitness (Bowling)-Are you interested in friendly competition? Do you want to get fit in a fun, exciting way? Come and get active with our Kinect Video Game System! Kinect allows individuals to play without a controller. You will be guided by your facilitator on how to move around. Come test you skills in bowling, boxing, soccer and more! The class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Space is limited-8 people per class only! All participants must have a current Hold Harmless Agreement form on file.
